Kaze Network Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 May 2026.
This page explains what data Kaze Network collects and how we use it.
1. Data We Collect
- Account info: username, email address, password (hashed), Minecraft UUID, and your IP address when you register or log in.
- Gameplay data: in-game stats, purchases, chat messages, and moderation history while playing on Kaze Network.
- Discord linking: if you choose to link Discord, we store your Discord user ID alongside your Minecraft account.
- Cookies: a small number of cookies are used to keep you logged in and remember preferences. See our cookie notice for details.
2. How We Use It
Your data is used to operate the network: authenticate you, deliver purchases, enforce rules, and improve gameplay. We do not sell your data.
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers required to operate the website (hosting, email, payment processing via Tebex), and with law enforcement when legally compelled.
4. Retention
Account and gameplay data are retained while your account exists. You may request deletion by contacting staff through Discord; permanent bans may require retention of identifiers (UUID, IP) to enforce the ban.
5. Your Rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account by contacting staff through Discord. Some data (purchase records, ban history) may be retained where legally required or to enforce active sanctions.
6. Children
Kaze Network does not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If you believe a child has registered, contact staff and we will remove the account.
7. Changes
We may update this policy at any time. The latest version always applies.
