By accessing or using the KazeHCF website, Minecraft server, Discord server, store, or any related services, you agree to follow the terms listed below. These terms are here to help keep the server fair, safe, and enjoyable for everyone in the community.

General Use

KazeHCF is a community-run Minecraft server and website. By using our services you agree to follow all server rules, staff instructions, and community guidelines.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to anyone who violates our rules or harms the community in any way.

Accounts

Players are responsible for their own accounts. This includes keeping login details secure and making sure nobody else has unauthorized access.

KazeHCF staff are not responsible for lost or compromised accounts.

If suspicious activity is detected, staff may temporarily restrict access to protect the server or player accounts.

Server Rules

All players must follow the official server rules when playing on KazeHCF. This includes rules related to cheating, exploiting bugs, harassment, and unfair gameplay.

Breaking server rules may result in punishments such as warnings, temporary bans, permanent bans, or removal of items and progress.

Staff decisions are final unless a proper appeal process is available.

Purchases

KazeHCF may offer digital items such as ranks, keys, cosmetics, or other perks through the store.

All purchases are considered final. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are generally not provided unless required by law.

Purchasing items does not guarantee immunity from punishment. Players who are banned will not receive refunds for previously purchased items.

Attempting to chargeback or dispute payments may result in permanent bans from the server and store.

Virtual Items

All in-game items, ranks, currencies, and perks belong to KazeHCF. Players are granted permission to use them within the server, but they do not hold any real-world value.

We may adjust or remove items at any time to maintain balance or fix issues.

Service Availability

While we do our best to keep the server and website running smoothly, we cannot guarantee that services will always be available or free of issues.

Maintenance, updates, or unexpected technical problems may temporarily interrupt gameplay.

Staff Authority

KazeHCF staff members are responsible for maintaining the community and enforcing rules.

Disrespect, harassment, or attempts to manipulate staff decisions may lead to additional punishments.

Staff decisions are made to protect the server and its players.
