Kaze Network Terms and Conditions

By creating an account on the Kaze Network website, joining the Kaze Network Minecraft server, or using our Discord, you agree to the following terms.

1. Account & Conduct

You are responsible for activity on your account. Sharing accounts, impersonating staff, and evading bans are prohibited. Maintain respectful conduct in chat, forums, and Discord. Cheating, exploiting bugs, and using unauthorised client modifications will result in punishment up to permanent ban.

2. Server Rules

All players must follow the official server rules when playing on Kaze Network. This includes rules on cheating, exploiting, harassment, and unfair gameplay. Staff decisions on rule enforcement are final and can be appealed through our Discord ticket system.

3. Content

You retain ownership of anything you post but grant Kaze Network a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and moderate it within the network. Do not post content you do not own the rights to. Illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content is prohibited and will be removed.

4. Purchases

Kaze Network may offer digital items such as ranks, keys, cosmetics, or other perks through the store. All purchases are cosmetic or convenience-based and grant no real-world value. Purchases are final; refunds are at staff discretion and only honoured in exceptional cases such as accidental duplicate or server-side error. Chargebacks result in account termination.

5. Ownership

All in-game items, ranks, currencies, and perks belong to Kaze Network. Players are granted permission to use them within the network, but they do not hold any real-world value.

6. Privacy

7. Liability

Kaze Network is provided as-is without warranty. We are not responsible for lost or compromised accounts, loss of data, time, or in-game progress. Service availability is best-effort.

8. Termination

Staff may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for breach of these terms or general network health reasons. Appeals can be filed through our Discord ticket system.

9. Changes

Continued use of Kaze Network services means you agree to the updated terms. We may revise these terms at any time and the latest version always applies.
